I tried watching AD police but gave up after a few episodes (rare for me). There wasn't enough action. I'll give it another try (subtitled this time).

No problem. I have Azumanga and School Rumble as well, probably why i like this one too. Just like Azu and School Rumble, i find that i still laugh each time i watch it.

I watched a bunch of (too much?) backlog anime this weekend and some newer items I just picked up. I finished off the DNAngel series that I'd seen the first two discs of a while ago. I also finished all 12 episodes of Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan. Then I watched the last two discs of FLCL that I had to get through and ended up the day with finally finishing off E's Otherwise; the ending was not as bad as I was anticipating.

This weekend I watched a few episodes of Touch. I know it's not really a show that would be a big seller here in the States (it's from the 80s, slice of life, about sports, no boobs, robots, ninjas or magic) but darn it, I would love to see Touch boxsets for sale here at TRSI.

I'm also thinking of having a sort of mini marathon tonight after work of some classic 80s shows. smile

Nothing like a good bludgeoning to get the blood flowing. I too spent time working through the backlog.
