Littered with lots of clichs and tropes, but overall not bad.

It was a lot more fun than I thought it would be.

I am watching the Remastered Martian Successor Nadesico Complete Collection (TV OVA/Movie)
Yes really, I might as well watch it since I have it.
No need to wait for my recently purchased older release of it to get here,
this will give me a change to note if there really is that big a difference between the Original and the Remastered release..
Ill watch the episodes with the commentaries right off the bat, when it gets here.

I forgot about them breaking the fourth wall here and there, Im about done, than on to the Movie.
A note at the beginning of the disc, says that due to the reanimating of some animation there might be some lip sync issues with some Scenes.
I think I noticed it once maybe, and Im on the next to the last episode.

I'm into the second bluray set of Fate/Stay Night-didn't see or own the old Geneon/Crapamation set but I gotta say the series is pretty cool.

I just finished Volume 1 of Samurai Girl: Real Bout High School, so far Im really liking this one,
Its a very fun watch, with a little Pantsu going on. ( attention: kiku ) grin

I was buying something else last Month and this was one of the "other Titles you might like" suggestions that popped up.
After reading some of storyline, I bought it than and there.
Looking forward to Volume 2.

P.S.
This one has Cowboy Bebop VAs, Wendee Lee ( main lead character )
& David Lucas, aka: Steve Blum ( off & on main supporting character )

Have you got to Madusa yet? On Soul Eater.
Hopefully you are watching the dub, just cause it's fun.
I just LOL everytime I think of the "Excalibur" song...

Anyhow, I finished Disc 1 of Jubei-Chan.

About the 5th episode or so, they decided to drop the running gag of having her teachers be assassins (that she beats up & gets a new teacher).
They still did do the "getting lost" in the bamboo forest almost every episode.
Plus the "Boss" guy (Ban I think) has different words show up on his shirt every time he does stuff.

Anyways, at the last episode on the disc it suddenly got "serious".
Cause Jubei gets beaten (possibly on purpose) by the guy who likes her.
The Eyepatch is taken by his twin brother.
Though it showed earlier that not just anybody can use it.

Apparently Netflix must have some serious wait times on both Hakugei & Battle Athletes Victory (as well as Ghost Stories).
They were supposed to send Haunted Junction volume 1, but it wasn't here earlier.

Haunted Junction is an awesome series. I especially loved Mutsuki. Shotacons are so rare in anime.

To be sure, I'd pick it up if RightStuf had it; but I don't want to pay the inflated prices for it elsewhere. As always, thanks for the pantsu alert. You da best B Dub.
