Higurashi When They Cry: This is also another great series and it needs another chance here.
I guess they would first need to figure out why it didn't sell well the first time...

Sayonara, Zetsubou-sensei: I'm surprised nobody has bothered to license this, its probably one of the funniest shows I've ever seen.
Media Blasters had/has it: my pre-order for the episode 01-06 DVD was stuck in a Rightstuf order for over half a year back in 2010 until it got canceled...
About Birdy the Mighty OVA: a "state = new" copy of "Birdy: Final Force" popped up over at Amazon UK IIRC for about UKpounds 28 sometime between xmas and newyear, but while I was contemplating if I would want to spend over $60 total for it + a "state = used" copy of "Birdy: Double Trouble", someone else scooped up that copy of "Birdy: Final Force"...
So yep, a license rescue would be nice there, since my days of paying $30 for an hour of anime OVA are back in the VHS era...

Probably not really a Nozomi/Lucky Penny title, but assuming Bandai dropped further Gundam Unicorn DVD releases, I hope someone license rescues it and releases episodes 5-7 on 1 or 2 DVDs once they're all released. (hate having incomplete series in my collection...)
Also on my "rescue" wish list: Orguss TV.
http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=708I didn't go for ImaginAsian's "print on demand" release back in 2007 because of doubts about how long those DVD-Rs would last compared to pressed DVDs.
