Over the past 2 weeks or so, I finished up watching Nanaka 6/17, Berserk: The Golden Age Arc - The Egg of the King, Shuffle!, and Redline.

Nanaka 6/17 was a fun show that was also serious when it needed to be. It got old when Satsuki would yell "You're wide open" and hit Jinpachi.

I enjoyed Berserk, but it could have been better. It felt rushed and the CG looked weird at some points. I'm glad that the original dub cast is back.

Shuffle was a fun ride. I thought I was going to be watching a comedy with some romance thrown in. I was right until the second half. I didn't think it would get that serious in the second half. It was still an enjoyable watch. I'm sad that my favorite girl didn't get picked though.

Redline was awesome. It looks amazing. The visuals were very detailed and bright. The almost 2 hour movie went by so fast, I didn't realize I was there for that long. The only problem I can think of is, the dialog was a little awkward in spots.

Who was your favorite girl in Shuffle?
For me it was a split between Sia and Nerine.
I thought both were so cute. smile

My favorite was Sia followed by Nerine. I wish they would have got more screen time. But, during the second half they take a back seat and you don't see as much of them as you did during the first half.

Kiku you loli-con! smirk ( just kiddin)
Wow, kinda surprised a lot of ya liked Nerine.
Prim and proper for the win I guess? smirk
I loved her scene where she asked Rin; " Can I like you more and more?"
or something along those lines. I just thought; Daww that's so cute!
As for Sia, who wouldn't love a girl that pretty much encoreges you to start your own harem? wink

Mushi-Shi

You just got to love how beautifully done this show is! Alot of thought had to go into it, & i loved watching each story unfold. This gets an easy 10/10 for me. I loved the artwork, Ginko was a a very good protagonist, & the music was great! I feel it has quite a bit of replay value too!

Overall = 10 out of 10

Thanks to those on here that recommended it to me!

Well that certainly went by quickly, i finished this one in 2 sittings, i do have 2 small problems with it, 1. Not enough material between The Prince & Yukitaka, the episodes where they were onscreen together were by far my favorites(1-3, 11-13) & 2. In the middle of the series, not enough of the Prince! However, this series is a TON of fun, Vic Mignogna nailed the part of Baka, this is easily one of his best performances, i hope they do a season 2, it could be done. This is easily a keeper!

Overall = 8.5 out of 10

BTW apparently there is a rumor of a continuation of Mushi-Shi.
