Yea Expendables 2 is already out. I've heard mixed things about Taken 2 so not as excited for that one like I was the original Taken.

Godzilla Vs Biollante at a local BB.
Since Fry's is goofy and is only getting one copy on Dec. 13.

The price was $4.99 for the DVD.
That is not a sale price, it's the normal price.

I guess they wanted to make up for making us wait almost 20 years to get it on DVD.

Apparently they could not get permission to include a commentary by a famous Godzilla historian, but I don't really care.

Now all we need is for ANYBODY to get Godzilla 1985 on DVD, and the collection will be complete!!!

Will watch it later, since I had seen it recently on VHS.
Though it's kinda tempting to watch it in Japanese for the first time.
Since the VHS was Dub only.

The Dark Knight Rises: got it at Walmart for under $15.
On DVD of course, it's a few cents cheaper than at Fry's (plus there is no discount on it currently).

Again will watch later (probably Sunday).

When I saw it in the theater, I got a kick out of hearing my last name said quite a few times during the movie.

I really was trying not to buy any more stuff this year but I was looking around on Amazon and I noticed that available copies of Atragon (the live-action movie directed by Ishiro Honda not the anime which I also own) were getting low, the one I ordered was actually from another vendor but was fulfilled by Amazon so eligible for free shipping and no sales tax. There are new and used copies available from other vendors but after shipping would cost almost as much. I was going to add the Blu-Ray of Godzilla vs. Biollante but that would not have been enough for free shipping, I also saw a review stating that the company expects to re-release later with the commentary track included so I decided to wait. I ended up doing a double-dip for the Daimajin - Triple Feature Collector's Edition Blu-ray to replace the old ADV sub-only singles I have as the reviews indicate a big improvement in picture quality. Then I noticed in the suggestions for other products to buy Ultraman: The Complete Series for $5.99 and for that price could not resist tossing it into the cart. The collection has all 39 episodes subbed and dubbed along with interviews with members of the English cast (including Peter Fernandez of Speed Racer fame).
