Yup, I think I enjoyed it more because I'm into Anime & I noticed the Anime influences .
And I "got it" when others didn't, even though Iím sure they still enjoyed the movie.
I felt like I was "In the know", and not everyone there was. ( you know what I mean )

Zack Snyder has to be an Anime guy, there is too much Anime Styling in it for him not to be.
I couldn't have said it better myself.

Pulled The Running Man off the shelf & watched it.

Still a fun movie!

BTW Miss Alonso was pretty smoking hot in this.
Legendary Arnold.

That is Sucker Punch in a nutshell. Pretty to look at but lacking any depth.

I thought that the concept that the entire story may have taken place during the instant of a lobotomy was pretty deep.

Finished watching Amazing Spiderman a little while ago. I enjoyed it! Did I enjoy it more than Sam Raimi's? I dunno,.. but I'm not complaining.

Legend, not really sure if I had ever seen it before.
It was a pretty decent fantasy movie, with some pretty impressive make-up effects. If it wasn't for his awesome voice, you would barely recognize Tim Curry in this movie.

The princess was pretty nice looking, and Tom Cruise was really young.

BTW did you know this was directed by Ridley Scott?

Yeah. I didn't care much for the pacing of Legend, but you're right about the make up effects. Tim Curry as Lord Darkness is amazing.

*I know exactly what youíre talking about, but still*....

I love Legend ( I have ever since it came out ), it's a Great little 1986 ( pre-Top Gun ) Fantasy Fairytale .
I have the Ultimate Edition, with both the US release & the Directorís Cut.
The Directorís Cut is longer and has a different Score.
And YES!... Tim Curry is Great, Iíve Loved him ever since Rocky Horror. ( Iím an Original Rocky Fan )
I think this was the Movie that Jump Started his Career ( after Rocky Horror )
I know he did Theater after Rocky Horror, but Iím sure this was The Movie that brought him back into the Movie Goers Eyeís.( & Movie Makerís )
I believe there would have been more to it, if the Forest Set hadnít Burned Down before Filming ended.
It was a living ( indoor ) Forest Set, rebuilding it wasnít an option.

So they went with what they had.
