Serial Experiments Lain showed up in my mailbox today. What an awesome set. I count myself lucky to have the opportunity to experience this historical anime. Thank you Funimation; not only for allowing me to watch this legend for the first time, but also for doing such a nice job with the release. The line art book is really big and there's a booklet detailing the work that went into the Blu-ray restoration. I'm curious to know if changes were made to both versions, or just the Blu-ray. I'm glad that Lain was released as a combo pack. The chipboard artbox is great too. I've already put the sticker on the side one of my anime DVD shelves.
