I've been brewing a lot of Peruvian beans lately. Peruvian is quite sweet as coffee beans go. I've noticed that Peruvian tastes better than most when it's cold. Most people don't like black coffee, much less when it's gotten cold. Sometimes I'll forget about my coffee and then drink it after it's gotten cold and it's not altogether undesirable. I think I'll be on the Peruvian kick for some time. Then again, variety is the spice of life. My last kick was Mexican Chiapas beans.
