I know i went to EVERY booth like 5 times atleast! Beer....what about Sake? is that any good? NOTE: AWA was my birthday present to myself even tho my birthday is on Sept. 29. (which is when I'll be able to legally drink alchohol..21) much like beer, Good Sake is Good, and bad Sake is B.A.D. brrrr! thing is, good sake is hard to find. most of your generic japanese restaurants serve Gekeikekan or one of its equally offensive offspring. and please never order warm sake at a japanese restaurant as it's always the cheapest rotgut available and comes packaged in huge 3 liter jugs of blarf! take your time to find some good cold sake where the menu lists different sake, catagorized by their levels of filtration which equals their level of quality, along with prices. realistically, a good 375ml bottle of daiginju junmai or junmai sake (best served cold) is going to cost you $10+ for the bottle. it is SO worth it though. hmm... there is one bottle left here at work of a good starter sake.
