Also in Episode 70:

  • Chad tells listeners “What’s Hot” in the world of anime and manga.

  • In a special two-segment, Tokyo Toy Show edition of the “Anime and Gamer's Guide,” Kris and Judy talk about the newest toy sensations, including ways for kids of all ages to test their reflexes, go star-gazing in their bedrooms (and bathrooms), and revisit childhood favorites like baking and robot-themed toys.
  • Rich and Nick announce the winners of the EMMA: A Victorian Romance contest for a replica of creator Kaoru Mori’s Emma art and copies of the Emma graphic novels from CMX Manga. They also announce the winner for the Viz Pictures’ Maiko Haaaan!!! contest. Suggestion. Please add a page that lists ALL the AT summaries. Either that or a search function. Was looking at picking up a new manga series as part of the inventory sale. Thought Marie might have reviewed it. But clicking through 35 pages of AT summaries wasn't going to cut it. At least with one huge page, I could have used the browser search function. I did wind up buying the first two GNs but I do find Marie's manga reviews to be spot on and very helpful.

If you go to the Episode Index, there are 20 episodes worth of brief summaries to look through. A search option is a great idea though and we'll definitely keep that in mind, especially since we've been putting out podcasts for almost 3 years now!

Tried the short summaries but they didn't seem to mention Marie's reviews. At least not consistently. A search option would be very helpful since there is no text version of the content yet there is a lot of worthwhile content.....

We'll be adding search sometime down the road, just taking some time to get everything we want to do done. smile
