The title says it all. Since we're talking about wallpaper stashes, how about we see what's actually on our desktops.

Currently But it changes when ever my mood changes. My room mate says that he can tell my mood by my desktop.

I'm still working on one a couple, I'll post the set when I'm done.

My current wallpaper is this (3360x1180) ef ~a tale of memories~ image.

I've considered using this (3000x1049) To Heart 2 image, but prefer darker wallpapers.

Both compressed slightly because of photobucket's 1MB limit, but it didn't appear to lose anything. I'm too lazy right now to get my other potential walls under 1MB and post them.

I also have Winamp on the extreme right side, so it's perfect because it covers nothing but the logo. I can ignore the stickposter/aquaplus/axia text in the bottom left because the windows startbar covers it. One concern with a spanned dual monitor wallpaper is what gets cut off in the middle. Thankfully, on the ef wall, the break only splits down Kei's right arm (your left) and doesn't look bad. The TH2 wall is also perfect in terms of balance for the split.

i change my wallpaper at least twice a day, otherwise i would never go through my almost 3 gigs worth withing my lifetime :P on XP i had a wallpaper changer program that i had set to change every 15 minutes. unfortunately, i haven't been able to find a decent program for Vista yet. mah, ii ka.

Heres mine. I just got a new moniter yesterday. Since i was using a 1024x768 normal one, and just got a 1680x1050 i have yet to find a new wallpaper. So i just converted my old wallpaper, and it seemed to have decently upconverted.

I found it on an Aria fanimage site. Unfortunately that’s the entire pic right there so you can just swipe that. It is rather smallish, so I will probably incorporate it into an Aria combo image down the road.

Some very nice wallpapers! Is there a particular site you guys get them from? I have a hard time finding wallpapers that properly fit my 1680x1050 resolution.

This is just a collection of random stuff. It is fun to just kind of sift it once in a wile but nothing is date stamped so it is hard to say when it is updated.

And then I have a couple other places but I can't post the direct links in this forum because of content. And those tend to be the place that I will get most of my papers and avatars from. Because those for the most part are freaking huge images and I can then just cut them down to what I need them to be.

I typically find things and then use Photoshop for the rest. You may look back at some of my posts, my 1440x900 will scale perfectly at that aspect ratio.

your computer should be able to do a good job of adjusting different sized wallpaper resolutions to fit yours. at least, mine does, and i port my laptop out to my tv via HDMI so my resolution is a whopping 1920x1080

i get the majority of mine from animepaper on a daily basis. i have individual sites that put out good work, but on a slower basis so i usually only hit them up a couple times a month.

It is from a web site for, I don't know what, but it doesn't seem that it is very if at all active any more. I simply love the style of the eyes this guy uses.

It isn't. It is a rendering for something, I don't know what. The page doesn't translate at all, and the page that actually has the images on them is nothing but ASCII characters. But about 95% of the renderings on that site would be classified as Hentai, but really a lot of them I personally would classify as art first because they are presented in a non-sexual setting, like this one, but this one is the only one that I can openly post in here because of content. But when I stumbled on the site and found the images I was completely mesmerized by the style of the renderings, the eyes, and the color palate used. It is very earthy and natural colors that makes them seem like they could be based on real photographs of things taken in an alternate world.

If you are talking about my current one, that is the one and only Hatsune Miku. I found the image of her with her hair encircling that space shot, stuck her on a blank background and gave the entire image a yellowish glow to make it look "heavenly" as if her hair was a portal from a universe of nothing into ours.

kogepan is a loveable mascot character from japan. he's had commercial stints and tons of merchandise and kids books, but i don't think he's gotten anything major anime wise. but then, who can't love a lonely, melancholic slightly toasty loaf of bread

It was a stack of 60 boxes of CoCoIchiBanya curry along with some tobikara spice, fukujin pickle thingies, and 3 CoCoIchi spoons that I had bought for myself and two buddies of mine.
CoCoIchi's is perhaps one of the most addicting curry houses in Japan. They have a few shops in Hawaii but I wish they would spread to at least the west coast of America. I am sure they would be pretty popular, especially among the military popoulation that frequent the shop often. It makes for a great stop after a long night of partying.
