Yup, I think its one of the many shows they got after the mass license transfers from ADV Films due to the Sojitz issue.

Originally i thought about giving this one a try, but after thinking about it some more it sounded too much like a Little Mermaid storyline (not that there's anything wrong with that), but i'm going to pass on this one for now.

I am waiting on the release of Slayers Revolution or was it Evolution i can't remember but i love the Slayers series i have all the other seasons/movies already.

Have you tried Lost Universe? It's a spin-off and takes place in the Slayers universe. I know that i enjoyed that much more than Slayers.

With the August 11 release of the sixth and final volume of Darker Than Black, the only other things on the horizon for me are Monster and Mnemosyne.

I'd like to see the remaining seasons of Hell Girl, Gunslinger Girl, and You're Under Arrest released here, but that's more "wishful thinking" than "looking forward to."

Well-yes and no-the underlying themes in both series are almost the same but the characters are not not and the time frames are completly different-I remember reading a very interesting article on this subject-wish I could remember where, darn it.
