Wow, July is just around the corner. It's hard to believe that another birthday is almost upon me.
Just sayin'...

So, presuming you were looking at the swords, will you require one or two? You mean one or two more. Although, the Nihonto I have aren't anywhere near that price range. It's a bit less traditional but I might recommend as an alternative both a sword and a 6-shot bajouzutsu for quick cleanup work. Thanks, but that's what 12 gauges are for. It was a relief after seeing that they went for as much as $100k, that some were going for as "little" as the mid-teens. Yes, and the tachi I linked above is a steal at $35,500.00! lol Strangely, there are no photos of the blade itself, which is odd. It's a horribly designed website, but Mr. Miller does have a nice collection. Some of the tachi can be a bit gaudy, but that black and gold one in particular caught my eye. *sigh* I need to find a sugar daddy or mommy.

Yes, I saw that this morning. You can get around that, though.
To view it: 1) Right click the link and copy the URL to your clipboard. 2) Go to Google, paste the URL in the seach field, and click "search." 3) Click on the one result that comes up. 4) Enjoy.
Just in case, I saved all 26 photos. Here's the text of the description.Superb Zodiac Tachi Tachi, Gold Matching Koshirae Tachi Superb Color and Condition, Juyo Quality
Details of Tachi, Gold Matching Koshirae Tachi Superb Color and Condition, Juyo Quality Tachi Below !!!
This Tachi, as you can see, is a ko-kinko design with a Zodiac theme on the Kanagu; the mounts are circa 1500, very early for even ko-kinko, but the perfect condition lacquer black-on-black mon saya is of course later - the blade is a "named" blade meaning its previous Daimyo owner has affectionately named his prized sword.
No one here in Japan could decipher the meaning of the name yet- I very rarely show it - I mean to say, we can all read the characters, there are three of them, but no one is sure what they mean!
A very very beautiful sword ...
