Shipping Information
While we ask for you to please allow 2-6 weeks for normal delivery, it will
almost certainly be closer to 2 than 6 weeks, but we like to err on the side
of caution.
Please make sure that there is someone at the address we are shipping your order to who can sign for your package. If someone will not be available at your home, consider having the package shipped to your work address (please include your company name on your order). If your package is returned to us, we will charge an additional shipping fee to resend it.
All pre-pack items are counted as a single item for shipping costs.
If you are a domestic customer (US) and order over $49, Economy shipping is free.
Please understand that many of the preorder dates shift about without the manufacturer letting us know. If youre ordering something projected into the future by a fair amount, call us.
Express Shipments
Express shipping means that, if you order by credit card and weve got
the item in stock (even more likely now), you will receive it in very short
order. However, if its out of stock (either here or from the manufacturer),
then youll have to wait for it regardless of the shipping method you choose.
Express shipped items are shipped via UPS 2 Day Air and typically arrive
at least one week sooner than standard ship ping.
Please be aware that if you have a PO Box, or are stationed in the service, our shipping is limited to Mail and Priority Mail (Economy and Standard Shipping options) because UPS will not deliver to these locations.
Backordered items usually take an average of 10-14 business days. If it is
an extremely popular item, or it is an imported item, it may take longer.
International Customers
International shipments (excluding Canada) are sent via FedEx Regular
International Mail. There are other options, if you wish another carrier,
please contact us in advance for a quote. Canadian shipments are currently
being shipped through Deutsche Post.
Shipping companies may charge a fee for delivering your package to a foreign
country. Such fees and customs duties are not included in our shipping price,
and are your responsibility. We will not be responsible for seized shipments,
and cannot provide refunds for seized products. Please check to make sure you
are in compliance with all local laws if you are ordering an adult product(s).
For first time orders only, we require a copy of some form of ID (can be drivers
license, passport, credit card statement, utility bill, etc.) which shows your
address along with a photocopy of BOTH THE FRONT AND BACK side of your credit
card. For security purposes, you may black out one set of digits. This information
is to help keep credit card fraud down and is for your protection as well. We
encourage you to use our secure web site to send us this information. When viewing
the status of your order on the web site, a button will be displayed if we need
you to submit this additional information to us. After our customer service
department reviews your order, we will send you detailed instructions if this
additional information is required.

If you get a defective tape, please call for return instructions. Note that packages damaged in transit by UPS are not defective: to remedy that situation, for:
For UPS Packages: You will need to call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS to report the incident. Although it is not necessary, it is also a good idea to call us and let us know that a problem has occured during shipment and that UPS will be contacting us.

We cannot accept any product back without an RMA (RMAs expire in 30 days!). If youre still unsure about what to do, please contact us!
