Right Stuf's Nozomi Entertainment announced the Boogiepop Phantom / Boogiepop and Others DVD Collection will street on October 27, 2009 -- just in time for Halloween! This new, value-priced collection will feature both the entire 12-episode Boogiepop Phantom anime TV series, plus the live-action film Boogiepop and Others, in a single keepcase.
