Notice: Account and Order Info Unavailable Monday Feb. 17

We are currently experiencing some technical difficulties with an internal system that prevents us from accessing customer order and account information. We are working on the issue and hope to have things resolved soon.

During this time, order and account statuses, as well as order changes and new orders will be unavailable via Customer Care.

Online orders may still be placed, however changes to these orders cannot be processed until the issue is resolved.

Order confirmation emails will not be sent tonight, February 17, 2014. Confirmation emails will go out on schedule on Tuesday, February 18.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

We are working on the hardware issue extended from yesterday. Customer Care can be contacted via email support, however modifications to previous orders and order statuses are not available at this time. New orders can still be placed through the website.
