FUNimation Lowers MSRPs on Multiple Releases

FUNimation announced a number of MSRP changes to its upcoming slate of Blu-ray releases. On January 5, the Blu-ray edition of D.Gray-man Season 1, Pt. 1 streets at $59.98 (originally $69.98); on February 16th, the complete Blu-ray edition of Claymore goes on sale at $69.98 (originally $79.98) along with the complete Blu-ray edition of Heroic Age at $59.98 (originally $79.98); and on February 23rd, the complete Blu-ray edition of Trinity Blood arrives at $69.98 (originally $79.98).
In addition, FUNimation has lowered a number of MSRPs on recent releases, including the Dragon Ball Z DVD Dragon Box Z Set 1 now at $59.98 (originally $79.98), the uncut Afro Samurai Blu-ray at $19.98 (originally $29.98), the uncut Afro Samurai: Resurrection Blu-ray at $29.98 (originally $39.98), and Dragon Ball Z Season 7 at $34.98 (originally $49.98).
All pending orders will be adjusted to reflect these changes.

All of El Cazador de la Bruja hits shelves this week, along with the DVD debuts of To Love Ru, continuing installments of One Piece, Honey and Clover, Ghost Hound, Bleach and the Boys Over Flowers K-drama, the first 20th Century Boys movie, and Blu-ray box sets for Basilisk and Samurai Champloo! The set includes ARIA's entire third and final television season (episodes 1-13, plus Episode 5.5), plus ARIA The OVA ~ARIETTA~. This week’s roster of DVD release includes the DVD debuts of Clannad After Story and Naoki Urasawa’s Monster, the closing installments of Moribito: Guardian of the Spirit (plus its art box!), a bargain collection for School Rumble, and a premium collection of Akira Kurosawa’s legendary live-action films. The final volume of Emma hits bookshelves this week, alongside the next volumes of Lucky Star, Inu Yasha, Detroit Metal City and Excel Saga, and the “appetizer course” of the Easy Japanese Cooking series.
