Greetings, and welcome to our Spring 2009 Catalog!
Since 1987, Right Stuf has always been about providing anime fans with the best service and products available, and this year we're launching a campaign that's all about celebrating those who have supported us and anime over the years. We've dubbed 2009 the Year of the Otaku and are asking fans the question, "What kind(s) of Otaku are you?"
We'll be sponsoring contests, games and more as the year goes on, so keep your eyes on our website for more information on this ongoing campaign.
From our Nozomi Entertainment division, 2008 brought a great deal of year-end attention from both the fans and the anime press. Anime Insider named Maria Watches Over Us and Emma: A Victorian Romance the "Best Shoujo" and "Best Drama" titles of the year, respectively, and the fans at AnimeOnDVD @ Mania voted four of our box sets – Emma (Seasons 1 and 2), Maria Watches Over Us – Season 1, and ARIA The ANIMATION – as "Picks of the Month" for their months of release.
We have another strong year coming up for Nozomi with a planned box set for Gakuen Alice, the remastered releases for The Irresponsible Captain Tylor TV series and OVAs, and more great surprises along the way. Check our website for details as we announce our upcoming titles – I'm excited about what we have in store in the months to come!
RightStuf.com continues to be dedicated to bringing YOU, the fans, the very best the otaku world has to offer. With our always expanding selection, our competitive prices, exclusives, and Got Anime discounts, we're here to help! And remember, we always want to hear from you – by e-mail, phone call, forum post and more! Whether it's about our latest Anime Today podcast, a suggestion you've been dying to share, your opinions on special programs like our planned Captain Tylor disc exchange, or even a simple customer review, it's your voice and your continued support that keep us going.
Thank you, and we look forward to serving you in 2009!
