While we ask for you to please allow 2-6 weeks for normal delivery, it will almost certainly be closer to 2 than 6 weeks, but we like to err on the side of caution.

Please make sure that there is someone at the address we are shipping your order to who can sign for your package. If someone will not be available at your home, consider having the package shipped to your work address (please include your company name on your order). If your package is returned to us, we will charge an additional shipping fee to resend it.

All pre-pack items are counted as a single item for shipping costs.

If you are a domestic customer (US) and order over $49, Economy shipping is free.

Please understand that many of the preorder dates shift about without the manufacturer letting us know. If you’re ordering something projected into the future by a fair amount, call us.

Express Shipments
Express shipping means that, if you order by credit card and we’ve got the item in stock (even more likely now), you will receive it in very short order. However, if it’s out of stock (either here or from the manufacturer), then you’ll have to wait for it regardless of the shipping method you choose. Express shipped items are shipped via UPS 2 Day Air and typically arrive at least one week sooner than standard shipping.

Please be aware that if you have a PO Box, or are stationed in the service, our shipping is limited to Mail and Priority Mail (Economy and Standard Shipping options) because UPS will not deliver to these locations.

Backordered items usually take an average of 10-14 business days. If it is an extremely popular item, or it is an imported item, it may take longer.

International Customers
International shipments (excluding Canada) are sent via FedEx Regular International Mail. There are other options, if you wish another carrier, please contact us in advance for an estimate. Canadian shipments are currently being shipped through DHL Globalmail. Sorry, if you are an international customer, we must ship to your billing address only.

International orders are sometimes held until all of the items in a particular order are in-stock in our warehouse. In situations when an international order has been held up by one or two items for several months, we will, at our option, ship the items that are currently available on that order and any other current orders to the customer without a partial shipping fee.  Items will ship in the same box, to minimize customs charges.

Shipping companies may charge a fee for delivering your package to a foreign country. Such fees and customs duties are not included in our shipping price, and are your responsibility. We will not be responsible for seized shipments, and cannot provide refunds for seized products. Please check to make sure you are in compliance with all local laws if you are ordering an adult product(s). For first time orders only, we require a copy of some form of ID (can be drivers license, passport, credit card statement, utility bill, etc.) which shows your address along with a photocopy of BOTH THE FRONT AND BACK side of your credit card. For security purposes, you may black out one set of digits. This information is to help keep credit card fraud down and is for your protection as well. We encourage you to use our secure web site to send us this information. When viewing the status of your order on the web site, a button will be displayed if we need you to submit this additional information to us. After our customer service department reviews your order, we will send you detailed instructions if this additional information is required.

For UPS Packages: You will need to call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS to report the incident. Although it is not necessary, it is also a good idea to call us and let us know that a problem has occured during shipment and that UPS will be contacting us.

We cannot accept any product back without an RMA (RMAs expire in 30 days!). If you’re still unsure about what to do, please contact us!

How long does it take to ship an order?
From the time we receive the order and place it in our system, standard processing time to ship it is 24-48 hours. If some of the items are on back order, it can take an average of 10-14 business days for us to receive the back ordered items. Then standard Processing time goes into affect.

What are your methods of shipping?
We ship a lot of different ways. For domestic customers, our price saving Economy Shipping is regular USPS (mail). However, we also ship Standard with UPS Ground and Priority Mail. Please be aware that if you have a PO Box, or are stationed in the service, our standard shipping is limited to Priority Mail because UPS will not delivery to these locations. All international orders, excluding Canada, are shipped via FedEx Regular International Mail (contact us for other options). Canadian orders will be shipped through DHL Globalmail. If you really want to have those new items as soon as possible, we can send your order Express for a few extra bucks. All Express shipments are shipped via UPS 2nd Day.

How much is shipping for Pre-packs?
Shipping is simple: use the amount for a SINGLE item.

Why am I being charged a Partial Shipment fee when I have already paid S&H?
You will only be assessed a partial shipment fee if you specifically request to have your order partially shipped. We’ve implemented this policy due to increasing shipment cost. However, from time to time, we provide a complimentary partial ship to our customers when we feel that items on their orders have been delayed beyond our control. You will not be charged for these partial shipments.

I'm not at home during the day. Can you ship to my office?
Certainly (in fact, we prefer to do this to ensure that you actually get your stuff), but please give us all the information that you can, including the name of the company, so that your friendly delivery person can get your package to you. We require that you include the business's name in the address. We are happy to work with you to get the product to you as quickly as possible.

I chose express delivery and my product still took 2 weeks to arrive. What's up with that?
You must have ordered a product that we didn't have stock on at the time that we received your order. If an item is out of stock when we receive your order, we still ship it out by express delivery the moment we receive it from the manufacturer. Although we do keep significant stock on the items in our catalog, there are times when there may be delays getting items from the manufacturer, as discussed above.

What happens if my country will not allow me to have this sort of video / My order was seized by the border ... what now?
Sorry. Please consult with the postal authorities of your country prior to placing an order for adult product. We will not be responsible for seized shipments, and cannot provide refunds for seized products.
