Ordering and Payment

How to Order

We have a variety of payment methods, and 4 different ways to order:

Online:
You can order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our secure online store. We use encryption between your web browser and our servers to encrypt all sensitive data, such as credit card numbers. Immediately following the placement of your order, we delete any sensitive information. This insures that your information is as secure as possible. So please have your credit card ready when you order!

By Phone:
To place an order by phone, call 800.338.6827 during normal business hours (8am-5pm CST). Please have your credit card ready.

By Mail:
If you are paying by mail, you can use a credit card, money orders, or domestic check. Please do not send cash.

There are two ways to order by mail:

  1. While browsing the web site, add products to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout.  During the payment stage you will see a link for "A Faxed or Mail Order."  Follow those steps to create a form you can print and mail to us.
  2. Print out our U.S. (Domestic) order form if you are in the U.S., or the Canadian order form, and manually enter in products and prices.

Payment Methods

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Discover - whether they are credit cards or gift/rechargeable cards. For security reasons, if you choose to pay by credit card we may contact you for additional information. 

If you are paying by mail, we also accept money orders and domestic checks. Please make all checks and money orders payable to: Right Stuf, Inc.. Checks require at least 12 days to clear while money orders are treated as cash. No international checks, please.

Sorry, we cannot process COD shipments at this time.
