It's not often I bother telling someone they did a good job because that's what I expect (and am often disappointed), but the day I found your postcard in an item I bought (from I don't know who, nor remember the title) was a good day for me.
I looked at your website and decided to give you a try. Over several orders I've found your prices to be from reasonable to great, your order fulfillment prompt and accurate and your website a pleasure to manuver.
If I have a complaint, it is too much temptation to buy things I didn't know existed before I found you.

Hello. When I made this order I was in a rush because I almost forgot to do it by the deadline for the coupon code to work. I didn't know that it had to be done by central time for the discount to be applied. I was surprised when the president of Right Stuf emailed me to let me know he fixed the problem for me and put the discount in.
At first I was in a state of disbelief somewhat, the Right Stuf company president took time out of his work day to fix my problem. Thank you Shawne, I'll be a Right Stuf customer for life. Right Stuf is a fantastic company with the best customer service I have ever seen.
