"Another VERY Satisfied Customer"

I just wanted to write in and share with you my first experience with RightStuf.com. When PenguinDrum got announced, I hopped over to Right Stuf and pre-ordered. A few weeks later, I found Kids on the Slope for pre-order and put in a second order with them.

After I placed my orders, I began receiving emails updating me on the status of my orders. They emailed me regularly to say things were still in their system and awaiting their avialability. I wasn't left wondering what was going on. Finally I let out a little squee when I saw that Penguindrum 1 and 2 had shipped. A couple of days later, I got a FedEx slip (yes, they shipped FedEx rather than USPS) to say that a delivery had come for me. The next day, I had a lovely cardboard box in hand. I opened it with glee and out came two media cases: Penguindrum 1 on DVD and Penguindrum 2 on Blu-ray. I don't have a blu-ray player. I checked the packing slip and went back to the emails and discovered that I had been in error- I had accidentally ordered the blu-ray rather than dvd version of set 2.

So I emailed RightStuf.com and got an email back from an actual person who told me how to do a return. We emailed back and forth a bit, and they eventually told me that I could add the DVD version that I wanted to my order for Kids on the Slope, meaning that I won't have to pay any extra shipping to get them to me. And their staff were fantastic and helpful in the whole experience.

So now I'll be ordering from them more often, especially when I can bundle things to save on shipping!

Speaking as an international customer - all I can say is that I can't fault you guys at all. All of my orders arrive promptly and in perfect condition. Your such a pleasure to do business with! Sometimes your orders arrive sooner than same day ordered stuff from the UK!

If you are an international customer there really is no reason to do your otaku shopping anywhere else!

 I just wanted to say that you guys are a killer company, and I mean that in an awesome way. When I first found my way to Right Stuf, I was wary, as everyone seems to favor credit cards these days, but when I found out that you accepted money orders, I think I instantaneously fell in love with you - and SERIOUSLY, the selection of product you have is so vast...I was happily lost in wonderland! Before I sent in my form, I talked to someone through the chatline, and they were very courteous and friendly. Being in customer service myself, I was very flattered, and felt like I was truly cared for throughout the chat, and order process, in-general. I know that it takes longer for mail-in orders to be processed, but I was shocked when it arrived in at work, I was not expecting it at all when it came in! I was so excited, and EVERYTHING was in perfect shape and packed in such a safe, excellent manner...I was through-the-roof amazed!
