We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Discover. For security reasons, if you choose to pay by credit card we may contact you for additional information. We also do accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover gift cards. We do require that your gift card is registered prior to purchasing with us; please refer to the terms and conditions for your gift card for more information on registration. Sorry, we can't accept Internet Credit Cards at this time.
If you are paying by mail, we also accept money orders and domestic checks. Please make all checks and money orders payable to:

12 days to clear while money orders are treated as cash. No

While we ask for you to please allow 2-6 weeks for normal delivery,
it will almost certainly be closer to 2 than 6 weeks, but we like
to err on the side of caution.
We ship a lot of different ways.
Domestic Customers - the US, APO
(AA, AE, AP), FPO, PR, GU and VI
Our price saving Economy Shipping is regular USPS (mail). However, we also ship Standard with UPS Ground and Priority Mail. If you really want to have those new items as soon as possible, we can send your order Express for a few extra bucks. Express shipments are shipped via UPS 2nd Day. Please be aware that if you have a PO Box, or are stationed in the service, our express shipping is limited to Priority Mail because UPS will not deliver to these locations.
If you are a domestic customer (US)
and order over $49, Economy shipping is free.
Express shipping means that, if you order by credit card and
weve got the item in stock (even more likely now), you
will receive it in very short order. If, however, its
out of stock (either here or from the manufacturer), then youll
have to wait for it regardless of the shipping method you choose.
Express shipped items are shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air and typically
arrive at least one week before standard shipments. Please
be aware that if you have a PO Box, or are stationed in the
service, our shipping is limited to Mail and Priority Mail (Economy
and Standard Shipping options) because UPS will not deliver
to these locations.
Please make sure that there is someone
at the address we are shipping your product to who can sign for
your package. If someone will not be available at your home, consider
having the package shipped to your work address (include your
company name). If your package is returned to us, we will charge
an additional shipping fee to resend it.
International Customers (Including Canada)
All international shipments will default to be shipped via
FedEx Regular International Mail (please contact us for other
available shipping options). However, Canadian shipments will
be made through DHL Global Mail. Sorry, if you are an international
customer, we must ship to your billing address only.
Shipping companies may charge a fee for delivering your package
to a foreign country. Such fees and customs duties are not included
in our shipping price, and are your responsibility.
We will not be responsible for seized shipments, and cannot
provide refunds for seized products. Please check to make sure
you are in compliance with all local laws if you are ordering
an adult product(s).
For first time international customers, for security purposes we require a copy of a form of ID (can be drivers license, passport, utility bill, etc.) which shows your address along with a photocopy of BOTH sides of your credit card. You may obscure a block of digits on the copy if you wish. Customer Service can provide you with a secure link to upload this information if you have it available as a scan, or you may fax it to us.
Backordered items usually take an average
of 10-14 business days. If it is an extremely popular item, or
it is an imported item, it may take longer.

All of the products that we sell are new and factory sealed. If
your tape, video disc, or other merchandise is defective due to
a flaw in manufacturing, we will promptly exchange the product for
another of the same title.
Unopened products can be exchanged for a store credit (credit
card purchases will be credited back to the card, rather than
issuing store credit) with our company for the original purchase
price within ninety (90) days of the date on your purchase invoice.
You will need a return request form and then call us or use our online return authorization form to obtain a return authorization number. Additional return
request forms (pdf file) can be downloaded and printed on your
own computer. Please remember to include these with your return
shipment.
Note: Products
returned without necessary paperwork, without a return authorization
number, or more than ninety (90) days after the invoice date,
may be returned to the customer.
If your merchandise is not defective, but has been damaged during
shipping:
For UPS Packages: You will need
to call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS to report the incident. Although
it is not necessary, it is also a good idea to call us and let
us know that a problem has occurred during shipment and that UPS
will be contacting us.
For US Postal Service (USPS): Please
contact our customer service department at 1-800-338-6827.
