And that game was a dissapointment. Jonathan Marquez - Apr 20 2007 Rating: Wonderful! Good action, hilarious at times, slightly annoying fanservice I've watched the entire series and if you're into action anime and don't mind some physics being broken then you'll have a blast with this show. The action starts off just a bit slowly because the protagonist doesn't even know how to use airgear in the first episode, not a big deal, he learns really fast. One thing to note though: I watched it purely in japanese with english subtitles, the voices matched perfectly IMO. So I've never heard it in english and will never care to (the japanese voices are good!). Music: awesome. punk and techno mostly. Well suited to a skater-type movement Animation: Very good. Nothing to complain about, well done when meant to be funny. Story: odd, and as said before, the physics are somewhat unrealistic (not as unrealistic as airmaster though IMO),But if you watched heavy action anime like Dragon Ball Z, SCRYED, or Bleach, then this will be a non-issue. Its more about action and humor than plot anyways. Overall an awesome and funny(at times) action show IMO, just don't go looking for drama in this series. Has sexual innuendo, fan service is a bit rough but not ridiculously excessive. I give it an A! Max P. sterling - Oct 20 2007 Rating: Wonderful! Great First off. For those that have no imagination this series will not work for you. I liked the idea about motor powered rollerblades was a cool idea. them breaking some of the rules of gravity... well thats where imagination comes into play. but really if your already into anima your almost at the point anyway. I am not gonna try and change people minds that dont like it. because this one even if you got a very healthy imagination you might not like it. But as for me I like it alot. I would kill to get my hands on those motor powered rollerblades that could do that kind of stuff. Come on if this stuff was real you would be in line to get a pair... Come on now.......dont lie now. 8) |
