Kotarou Oohira is a boy with the clueless touch - he has an unusual type of ESP that is transmitted via physical contact. When he accidentally gives his cousin Tatsuki the "gift," he comes to realize that there is much more to his powers than he ever imagined!

Kotarou is totally stoked that basketball season has started and he can now fulfill his hoop dreams. Things look even brighter for Kotarou as he meets Mio, a beautiful upperclassman who's got the hots for Kotarou. Unfortunately he also meets Chiba, Mio's devious protector. With trouble afoot, Tatsuki and Yuuto must use their ESP to make sure there is no foul play!

When student-teacher Udou-sensei shows up at the head of the class, he turns the boys' lives upside-down. And as if Tatsuki weren't being put through the ringer enough, Yuuto and Kotarou meet Karen, a beautiful but nosy photographer who ends up pulling the boys into her dangerous world. To make matters worse, Tatsuki's powers begin to act strangely, and controlling them becomes more difficult than ever...

Thrown in jail for a night for a crime he didn't commit, Tatsuki spirals closer to an emotional breakdown, and keeping his feelings to himself leaves him teetering perilously close to the edge. Meanwhile, Yuuto has a run-in with a part of his past that he's not quite ready to face.

Into our cast waltzes another teenage pretty boy - and does he have a chip on his shoulder. Mercurial but charming, Kazuma Koutari instantly forms a bond with Kotarou and a frightening grudge with Tatsuki. But why? When he starts playing cruel emotional games on Tatsuki, our angst-ridden Oohira starts to lose faith in himself.

Mysterious events are bringing the cast of characters closer together. Mio and Karen meet at last. A strange new manifestation of Kotarou's power surfaces, and Kotarou at last notices that his touches are... less than normal. Tatsuki receives an eerie message that puts him on edge. Knowing danger is on its way, will Tatsuki be ready when it arrives?

Everything is falling apart! After the horrifying events in Volume 6, Tatsuki and Kazumahave fallen out of touch with the world and are spiraling out of control. It's up to all the characters to intervene, including old acquaintances and new ones - yet even this isn't the end of their problems because new complications begin to appear. Can things get any worse?

The missing pieces of the puzzle brought to light by Tatsuki's kidnapping slowly fall into place. As usual, Tatsuki is trying to solve all problems by himself, but things aren't so simple this time. Now Kotarou must at last face his past, present, and future if he's to discover the secret of his power and the link it holds to Tatsuki. But at what cost?

Flashing back to their high school days, this Hands Off side story unveils more about the psychic powers of Udou and Kiba. Udou has been using his skills in unsavory ways and Kiba is in deep denial about his powers until circumstances bring them together to deal with the problems going on around them. Cameo appearances of the Hands Off kids are included in the bonus material!

After learning about Udou's power, Yari starts to hang around with him. Suspicious about the change in Yari's aura, Kiba follows the two and witnesses them showing off their "powers" by hurting random people on the street! Yari then locks Haruhi up in an abandoned cafe... and breaks Kiba's arm when he asks her about it. Will Kiba be able to save Haruhi - and himself?!

Everyone knows Hansel and Gretel. Hansel's the squatty kid with a tuna can strapped over his mouth to prevent it from shattering everything around him and Gretel's the tall, pink-haired schoolgirl in the sailor suit, attacking bullies with her bamboo sword. At least that's Junko Mizuno's version!
