Three young men - all struggling with different issues involving paraplegia - are interconnected through basketball. Tomomi Nomiya is a tough guy and b-ball nut whose life is turned upside down when he gets into an accident that causes a girl to become paralyzed. Kiyoharu is a stoic 19-year-old whose spartan work ethic alienates him from the rest of his wheelchair team. Hisanobu Takahashi is a conceited high school basketball captain who struggles to deal with acceptance and rehabilitation after a traffic accident turns him into a paraplegic.
