When placing an order through our web site, your discount will be shown on the order confirmation that you will receive by e-mail. It will not be shown on the web site.

Your membership will be associated with the billing address used on your order. In order to receive your discount, you must use the same billing address each time you place an order. If you move, you will need to contact customer service and let them know your new address.

You can order your Got Anime membership either by itself or with any number of other items. If ordered individually, your membership will be shipped to you immediately and will be active and ready to use within 1-2 business days.

If purchased with other items, your Got Anime membership will still require 1-2 business days for activation, but all discount and membership benefits will be applied to the order it was purchased with. Your membership will ship at the same time as the other items in your order.

There is no shipping charge for your Got Anime Membership.
