When college student Keiichi Morisato accidentally dials the Goddess Technical Helpline, he's delivered the living, breathing, literal goddess Belldandy... and one wish. When he jokingly asks her to stay with him forever, he gets his wish, and one hilarious headache after another as Keiichi and his Goddess-out-of-water adjust to the inevitable clash of the Spiritual Plane and the Material World!

It'll be one, two, three strikes you're out for the N.I.T. Softball Club if Keiichi can't help his sister win against their campus rivals - but with the goddesses stepping up to bat, it's not going to be the old ball game! Then, it's an unrelaxing hot springs vacation when Mara returns to challenge Urd to the most feared battle imaginable: karaoke!

If three goddesses are good, surely four must be better? Not for Keiichi, whose strange power to attract divine trouble has just dialed "P" for Peorth - Belldandy's rival in the helping-humans-out-by-phone biz. Then it's back to good old-fashioned campus rivalries, as Megumi squares off against a different kind of royalty... the one who rules the road on the Inokuradai Pass!

What happens when a Goddess First Class gets a little tipsy when partying with pals? Well, lacking a mean bone in her body, the pickled Belldandy uses her powers to give everyone what they want - but every time she gives happiness to someone, there's an unexpected consequence: boyfriend Keiichi is visited by an equal or greater unhappiness!

After epic mishaps such as Belldandy and Keiichi's hands becoming unable to part, or Skuld's robot Banpei falling in love, what harm could the arrival of a cute young boy at the temple do to its residents... the earth... the universe?
