One ball is in a humble village, but to get it, they'll have to save the village from Oolong, the shapeshifting terror!

After finally finding the seven Dragon Balls, Goku and his friends go their separate ways, promising to meet again in three years?at the 22nd Tenka'ichi Budokai martial arts tournament! But Yamcha, Kuririn, Goku and Kame-Sen'nin won't be able to breeze through the tournament this time, because their opponents are Tenshinhan and Chaozu, the mysterious disciples of Tsuru-Sen'nin, the "Crane Hermit", Kame-Sen'nin's old rival!

The Tenka'ichi battle is heating up... and despite strong showings by Kuririn and Jackie Chun, it looks like the ultimate match is going to be Goku vs. three-eyed martial arts prodigy Tenshinhan! But Tenshinhan isn't just fighting to win, he's carrying out a deadly grudge - to avenge his master, the Crane Hermit, whose evil brother Taopaipai Goku defeated!
