Vampire Hunter - May 23 2003 Rating: Wonderful! A Must Have For Any Street Fighter Fan A whole collection containing some of the origins of street fighter. Albeit the story is not true to the actual game, this new story line still leads to some great plot. The fighting is incredible as well. Some of the scenes will leave you at awe and oooh. So pick it up NOW!!! HERVEY A. TAYLOR - May 31 2003 Rating: Wonderful! The True STREET FIGHTER in all it's Prime glory and Action!!! I am an advid fan of Street Fighter. I have seen STREET FIGHTER II:THE ANIMATED MOVIE, as well as STREET FIGHTER ALPHA. This series, Street Fighter 2 V, the V standing for "Victory" is a great entry into the Street Fighter anime genre. This was created before Street Fighter Alpha. The story of this "V" series is better than most video game turned animes. Parts of it made me laugh (although this is no comedy) and other parts made me pumped up with excitemet from fight scenes. Then there were those parts that made me sad, because of the situations in the series. This has good character development between Ken and Ryu, but not nearly as complicated as the film "Ghost in the Shell." Bottom line is, if you are an open minded anime viewer, and you enjoy Street Fighter atleast somewhat, then this series will be very appealing to you. It's not perfect, as there are some things that could have been better, but it's a good series to enjoy. It's NOT a waste of time or money. HIGHLY RECOMENDED!! Pat A. It was so bad the directors deserve to be stuck in a bathroom Let me just say that when I was watching this movie I felt as if my eyes were going to fall out and my cheeks was on fire, and I had a bad case of face warts.
