The stars from Infernal Affairs return for this powerful undercover action thriller! Worried that the triads are becoming too powerful, the Hong Kong police launches Operation "Wo Hu" (Undercover) and assigns 500 to 1,000 cops as undercover agents to infiltrate the gangs. When the three main triad leaders Jim (Eric Tsang), Walter (Francis Ng, whose performance earned him a Best Actor nomination at Taiwan's Golden Horse Awards), and Tommy (Julian Cheung) find out about the police's infiltration, they also seize on the crisis as a chance to expand their own turfs and eliminate their foes.
