Death falls upon Yotsuji High School daily with each visit of nightfall... Kurou Takagi carries the Nosferatu seed that allows him to become the King of the Nosferatu and control the Evil Gene-carrying Nosferatu race. Kurou and friends finally commence their capture of the school, but now that Shirou Touyama has been awakened, something bad will certainly happen.

Furthering their attempts to uncover the terrors of Yotsuji Private High School, Takagi and troop plan a strategy to trap zombies in the school basement. But even the best laid plans are subject to fail, and when they discover betrayal, eyes turn to Takagi himself.

While Takagi and the gang are still recovering from the deadly events in the previous volume, their teacher Mr. Tsuchiya reveals his true form after questions about the potency of his "evil genes."

Louie Nishiwaki is still held prisoner inside the mysterious coffin and nearly everyone has forgotten that he ever existed. If he is not released from the coffin immediately he will be forgotten forever! Kurou is adamant about his plan to become Louie's replacement, but the coffin will not accept any Nosferatu other than Matsydaura...

The Nosferatu are torn between keeping Kurou alive or killing him. In an unprecedented turn of events, Tsuchiya and Matsudaira join together to kill Kurou, while Sato and Fukaya team up to save him. Taking advantage of the fact that most of Kurou's friends with the carrier ability have already forgotten about him, Tsuchiya uses them to fight against the mysterious student body created by Fukaya.

The coffin that bound Kurou is destroyed and he comes out alive, contrary to the Nosferatu's expectations. Shimizu gets injured during his rescue, but Sonobe's healing power effectively recuperates her. Due to Kurou's resurrection, the ambitions of each Nosfertu teacher had been crushed, except for the pricnicpal, who lures Mao into yet another scheme.

Tetsuzo goes into school to see a vampire, Nosferatu Sato-sensei, to turn himself into one of them so that he can save his sister from leukemia. Sato-sensei turns the tables when he realizes how good Tetsuzo's blood tastes, and he decides to drink until he drains him of his last drop of blood!
