With the Aizu Seven Spears on their trail, the Hori women are eager to learn to fight and avenge their men's deaths, so they turn to swordsman Yagyu Jyubei Mitsuyoshi to teach them the ways of the blade. Meanwhile, a masked spy has also drawn the ire of the Seven Spears. What does this mysterious figure want?

The Hori women surprised everyone by defeating the deadly Tessai. But now the villain is plotting a counterattack with the help of a pack of vicious dogs. Will the Hori women enact their revenge - or will they meet their deaths?

In order to draw out the mysterious masked man, the Seven Spears begin to terrorize Edo - targeting newlyweds on their wedding nights. To stop the violence, Jyubei will have to pose as a groom and infiltrate the Kato mansion! Will he survive nuptial bliss?

This time, though, Pantasia's opponents are the dreaded Kayser Brothers of France, craftsmen whose seemingly unsurpassable skills - and very freaky appearances - have sent lesser bakers into early retirement.

They've bested the hometown favorites from France, they've bucked the expectations of their detractors back in Japan, they've even invented a few new bread recipes along the way and now Team Pantasia is headed to the Monaco Cup finals against Team USA. Kai Suwabara elects to lead Pantasia's battle cry, but his opponent, the bikini-clad patissier par excellence Monica Adenauer is anything but a pushover.

The championship round of the Monaco Cup continues to build in intensity with Kyosuke Kawachi butting breads with Kazuma's former rival, S.H. Hokou. Recently chastised for his slackerish approach to the tournament by his Pantasia compatriots, Kawachi must reach back to the memory of his dearly departed wannabe-baker father for inspiration.
