While we ask for you to please allow 2-6 weeks for normal delivery, it will almost certainly be closer to 2 than 6 weeks, but we like to err on the side of caution.
Express delivery is shipped via UPS 2nd day or Priority Mail. Express shipping is dependent on if we have the item in stock; if we do, you will receive it in very short order. However, if it's out of stock, then you'll have to wait for it regardless of the shipping method chosen.
Backordered items usually take an average of 10-14 business days. If it is an extremely popular item, or it is an imported item, it may take longer.
Please make sure that there is someone at the address we are shipping your order to who can sign for your package. When we ship by UPS, to ensure that you receive your merchandise, we require a signature. If someone will not be available at your home, consider having the package shipped to your work address (please include your company name on your order). If your package is returned to us, we will charge an additional shipping fee to resend it.
International shipments are sent via Air Parcel Post (insured). If you wish another carrier, please contact us in advance for a quote. Additionally, if you are an international customer ordering Adult products, please take a moment to make sure you‚re in compliance with all custom regulations. Some countries do not allow importation of adult items while others have special instructions for the importation of these types of materials. For your first order as a non-US customer, we require a photocopy of both sides of your credit card and an ID which shows your mailing address.
