Everyone thought that Rose, the clone of the late Emperor Idea, was destined to rule the empire. Then another clone named Idem appeared and now holds the upper hand. He occupies the royal palace and has taken Ririka - the palace guard loved by both Idea and Rose - as prisoner. Rose has already infiltrated the palace once; now he has to get back in for the second time in two days.

Rose has fallen for Ririka, the girl who was loved by the man from whom he was cloned - the late Emperor Idea. Although Rose has been fighting his destiny, he finds himself wanting to learn more about the beloved ruler. Meanwhile, Idem - the other clone who now occupies the throne - wants to get rid of Idea's body, believing that as long as it exists, countless clones can be made to challenge him.

As a test of his strength and valor, Rose is sent on a quest to kill a legendary dragon and obtain the sacred emerald that is found - appropriately enough - in The Emerald Valley. Then true friends and enemies are revealed, as one of Rose's allies is trapped in a cave-in while trying to save him - and another tries to betray him!

From the moment his existence was revealed, Rose became the target of Idem, the current occupant of the throne. Both were cloned from Idea, the late and beloved emperor. Now they are about to team up... to find Idea! Is Idea really still alive? If so, what possible explanation can there be for the public story of his alleged death? The answers are revealed in this dramatic series finale.

When a group of men arrive and claim they are there to revive the other sleepers, it seems like good news. But Kotaro soon discovers they are not what they say. There's a conspiracy afoot to kill most of the remaining Sleepers, and even if he can fend off these guys, Kotaro's going to have to find some way to close off the Sanctuary to the outside world.

In this final volume, will some resolution be worked out at last so that humans and androids can live peacefully together? Not if a human sniper can help it. He's determined to provoke an uprising to overthrow the androids. Meanwhile, Kotaro finally tracks down Wil and comes to his rescue. But Wil has plans of his own and may not want to be saved.

Even as the Gals are about to enter their second year of high school, they face the possibility of being split up.

Miraculously, Ran-chan has made it to her second year of high school and is idolized by most of the freshman class. But there's one girl who doesn't idolize Ran... in fact, she hates her! And you can bet this misguided freshman is going to make life difficult for Ran and her pals!

With the holiday season approaching, it would seem the Gal pals have plenty to keep them busy, and that's before a monkey escapes on Christmas Eve!

During a school trip, Ran is mistaken for a Taiwanese celebrity, and she makes a deal with the real star to keep up the charade so the actress can escape her entourage and rendezvous with her secret boyfriend. But taking on this temporary identity isn't just fun and games. Ran is forced to appear on a Taiwan TV quiz show, a job made even tougher by the fact that she can't speak Chinese!

This will be a big year for Ran and her Gal pals - their last year of high school! Traditionally, it's a time when students buckle down with the books to focus on their future. Nothing could be less appealing to Ran. Not only does she miss out on a dodgeball tournament, she is without a cell phone for an entire month, annoyed to no end by the Freshman Detectives, and forced to deal with a malicious rumor spread via text message by the callous gossip group known as HEART.
