Teppei is reunited with his brother Kotaro, but will joining forces be enough to defeat the Machine Emperor and his B't Raphaello? Kotaro forces an audience with the Machine Emperor, and finally sees his true form and comes to understand his horrible aspirations. However, it may be too late, since Raphaello is already on a rampage! Can Teppei and the B't gang stop him from destroying the world?

"Dokeshi" can use a greater percentage of their brain to unleash special powers, given one condition... For dokeshi Shotaro, that condition is doing one good deed a day. In exchange, he has the ability to use the powers of any animal by biting its bones. In the central town of Toykyo, he meets a girl named Mana, and together they go on a journey to find Shotaro's childhood friend Emine. Will Shotaro be able to do good daily or will he succumb to laziness on his journey?

Shotaro continues his search for Emine in the I.C. Prefecture, but a careless comment sends him on the run from an angry kappa. Meanwhile, Mana is eager to enter the Robot Fight Tournament - sponsored by the "Happy Factory" - and get another commendation, but Yohei senses there's something far more sinister than the tournament going on at the Fear Factory...

The Fear Factory's Fear Robot is wreaking havoc in IC prefecture. Tool and Shotaro are badly beaten and about to get killed when who showed up but Justice Charisma! Meanwhile, Zuno and Asshi find Mana who is injured and unconscious. Their boss Rodigy orders them to finish her off, but they don't have the heart to do it.

Frustrated and dejected, she considers dropping out of school.

For star-struck teenagers living in Okinawa, the first step to fame and fortune is an appearance on an American Idol-like TV show called Boom Boom. But before that can even happen, these popstar wannabes must first enroll in the big city's actor's school where competition between classmates is ruthless and highly competitive. With the help of her guardian angel, a gargoyle-like statue named Cesar, little Airi begins taking classes at the school.

After releasing her first hit single, Airi is pleased to find out that she's been nominated for the Grand Prix Artist of the Year award - news that sends reigning pop princess Seleca into a pique of jealous rage. There can only be one queen of pop and Seleca will stop at nothing to boot Airi off the hit parade!

A trip to New York is next on the singer's agenda. Does Airi have the charisma and star power to attract the attention of the music industry in Gotham City? As she flies over the Manhattan skyline, Airi realizes that her new life is about to begin. She's ready to take her career to the next level. And she's ready for a little romance, too.
