Fantastic I must say that I have enjoyed it thoroughly - the music composed is a BLAST!!! In fact, I have watched it a few times - the story line is good, too. A Battle Angel killer is not but is pretty cool! Armitage is a very cool Anime. The story, storyline, SFI-action and romance were good but I only recommend this one for those who are searching SFI-movies like Terminator or maybe Robocop. Armitage is not deep and romantic as Battle Angel now that the storyline was pretty slow, the story doesn't leave you with enough suspense and tension and I think that the dub on Battle Angel was MUCH better. Awe-Inspiring "Armitage is not deep and romantic as Battle Angel now that the storyline was pretty slow, the story doesn't leave you with enough suspense and tension and I think that the dub on Battle Angel was MUCH better" I don't know what Mr. San was thinking, there is plenty of suspense and tension, and no it wasn't as romantic, but they also didnt have to overdue it to show it was romantic for you to get it, and not deep? "Your a monster!" "Thats right I'm a monster, i'm the reason for societies problems, ME!,If humans don't want me...WHY did they make me?!?" I've seen A LOT of anime, and that is one of the biggest, deepest lines I've ever heard, so to that sir i will say your wrong Armitage III is a classic (both OVA and Poly-matrix), i would recommend it over both Battle Angels and Ghost in the Shell, it wasnt the highest budget, but you feel Armitage's struggle for Identity, the trials her and Ross go through, which keep you on the edge of your seat, but most of all you can connect with the characters, which in my book is a must, if they're a dull character the plot cant hold them up Dual-Matrix is just as good, i was also happy to hear Skip Stelrecht's return as Ross (He was Ross in the OVA version of Armitage III) and Juliette Lewis was a much more suited Armitage then Elizabeth Berkley, Do Yourself a favor, at 30 bucks a pop (and not Geneon Sig's) you just cant NOT get this set! 10/10 |
