 A new disciple - sent by an old friend of Happosai's - arrives at the Tendo Dojo. Ryoga tries to have a private moment with Akane - and Akari - at the same time, and a magical umbrella that makes those who wander beneath it fall in love makes the already complicated situation even worse.
Next, there's a contest between Akane and Miss Hinako to see who can learn to swim first; Ranma goes to the brink of death after some really, really bad noodles; a cursed doll takes over Akane's body... and the gang gets shipwrecked on a deserted island. All in all, it's business as usual in Furinkan Town!
