This is 4 episodes of garbage.. i mean i could understand maybe 1 or 2 episodes of no plot.. but 4 episodes of "fillers" is basically what this is... the first ep is good... 2nd ep is dumb, 3rd is dumb and the wedding one is the worste ep of kenshin i have ever seen.. hopefully the story actually starts up soon because this would be a real cruddy way to end kenshin... i've seen all of season 1 and 2... all 4 ova eps... and the movie... and these eps are the worse part of the series so far.. i hope the new 2 ep ova just released in japan isnt as corny as this crap Mike A. Yes thats right.. this DVD is actually the ending of the 2nd season. Just watch the opening song and you'll see. Why media blasters decided to make this part of the 3rd season I have no idea.. But this is actually the ending to the 2nd season. I would like to use my Amakakeru Ryu No Hirameki on this DVD so the claws of the dragon will tear this DVD apart. A great buy for those who liked the first arc of the series I thought that this dvd contain some good comedy episodes. Kenshin's life returns to normal as in the beginning of the series. There is not a lot of fighting in this one just a lot of interplay between the main character of the series and some really funny stories. If you like the Kyoto arc of kenshin, but could take or leave the rest of the series then this dvd is not for you. If you like of the series or the first arc then this is a sure bet. |
