When two malfunctioning combat androids are accidentally unleashed on a "Terminate At All Costs" mission against the unsuspecting granddaughter of their creator, an entire city becomes the battleground and not even the military may be able to stop them! The girl's only hope: Sybil, a freelance journalist who's out to get the scoop of her life... if she can somehow keep both herself and her subject alive long enough to file a report. But first, she has to remember to put her clothes on!

Shu's a detective; the brooding, enigmatic type with an eye for the ladies. Together with his kid brother Akira and "the girls" Manami and Ayaka he runs an investigative agency that takes on the odd case here and there. Okay, odder than usual, given that their main broker is a cross-dresser and their closest associate's a doctor with a "thing" about cosplay. Then the oddest case of all comes through: a "package" intended for "delivery" that turns out to be a lot more trouble than expected.

Ever since being rescued by a ninja when she was younger, Himawari's greatest ambition has been to become one herself. Himawari's a little older now and a little more experienced, so she'll be doing some "teaching" of her own this time around. But she still doesn't know what the connection between her teacher Hayato and the ninja who saved her life is! Are they the same person or are things even more convoluted?

How do her talking cat Rama and the mysterious stranger who calls himself "Dandy Lion" fit into the picture? And just how many magic girls who fight evil in their underwear does Japan have anyway? They're not knock-offs, they're knock outs, and they're fighting wrongs in their thongs!
