It was solid 'til the second part, then it shifted immensely. Names which you'd grown used to were altered for the convenience of the company owning the rights. Also, characters that should have either perished or been given significance for a later situation seemed to have lost both purpose and design in the tale. Despite all this, it's fairly entertaining, though less involved with magic like Lodoss War and more into the court intrigues of Shakespearean fame. |
