Abandoned in a cabbage patch as a baby, Misty-Rain is saved from certain death by a witch who brings her up as her own. Far from the company of humans, she is raised as one of the Dokebi, a magical race from Korean myth. Among them she is happy and content, until one day when she loses the trust of her protector, causing the enchantment that had kept the secret of her true identity to be broken.

Misty-Rain is deported to the world of her birth, and Sirius, the rich Prince of the Land of the Unicorns, tries to go to the world of humans to find her. Concerned, Nanny hatches a plot that causes the young prince to lose all of his memories of Misty-Rain. With only a fox-witch as companion in this strange new world, Misty-Rain gets into a car accident and almost dies. Fortunately, she is given new life...

Sirius' nanny is thunderstruck when she finds out that the young prince has made a contract with the 10th sea witch to stay longer in the human world, so he can be with his beloved Misty-Rain. The anxious nanny tries everything she can think of to get Sirius back to the world of darkness, but all to no avail.

Sirius has woken up from the spell of forgetfulness that his nanny cast upon him. He vows to save Misty Rain and comes down to earth to search for her. Away from the prying eyes of his nanny and the rest of the Unicorn Kingdom, he is finally free to stay with his beloved Misty Rain for as long as he desires. But happiness turns to sorrow when tragedy strikes.

The 10th Sea Witch unfolds her evil plan to ensnare the life of Sirius, the Prince of Unicorns. Meanwhile, in the human world, Misty-Rain struggles with her school work, tormented by happy memory fragments of her younger life among the Dokebis. Sirius grows more popular at the expense of the jealous and arrogant Hanbit, but physically begins to deteriorate as the Witch's deadly potions take effect.

Prince Sirius flees the deadly Griffons sent to capture him and drag him back to the Land of the Unicorns. However, when they target Misty-Rain's life, Sirius hides her in the farthest corners of the Earth. Misty-Rain regains her memory and learns the true depth of the Prince's love, but at a cost. They can't hide forever. Sooner or later, Sirius must make a stand and face the Griffons.

The soul of Sirius desperately clings to a fragile limbo between life and death, struggling to keep out of Medusa's grasp. One step across the river of death and his soul will be lost to her forever. Tian and Drei face the cunning and quick Nagi. In desperation, our heroes are enslaved to service the self-absorbed, pompous and extremely wealthy Anna. Anna and her close friend, Mariel, have become targets for Nagi. This adventure is about to boil over into a full-blown crisis!

Tian discovers Perina's dead body holding Nagi's earring. Angry, Tian finds the Rogue Master makes an easy target. The hopelessness of the situation as well as the urgent need for a hero brings two unlikely enemies together, joining them as allies. Drei and Tian must draw deep within themselves for more meaning than their own greed to survive a last stand.
