Jing and Kir arrive in the funeral district of Moulin Rouge where things are just... dead. They discover the reason for this is because everyone in love there has to pay a "love tax!" When a test on Jing by a tax enforcer reveals a positive result, and Jing tries to leave without paying, Jing gets captured in more ways than one.
