As the Olympia tournament continues, Jio squares off against Ikaros to save Ruby. It seems like a fair fight, but Ikaros is not what he seems. Will Jio be able to handle his true form? Meanwhile, the Zenom Syndicate moves closer to completing the Reverse Kabbalah... and Cross arrives at Olympia to take his final revenge against Satan.

Although Ruby has succeeded in saving Jio's mind from the depths of Satan, her soul remains inside Satan/Jio's body. Realizing that Jio has come back, Cross decides not to kill him. But amid the turmoil, Ruby's pendant falls into Jio's hands... and Ruby's body (without her soul) falls into the Stea Government's!

When college student Keiichi Morisato accidentally dials the Goddess Technical Helpline, he's delivered the living, breathing, literal goddess Belldandy... and one wish. When he jokingly asks her to stay with him forever, he gets his wish, and one hilarious headache after another as Keiichi and his Goddess-out-of-water adjust to the inevitable clash of the Spiritual Plane and the Material World!

If three goddesses are good, surely four must be better? Not for Keiichi, whose strange power to attract divine trouble has just dialed "P" for Peorth - Belldandy's rival in the helping-humans-out-by-phone biz. But Peorth wonders why Belldandy's still hanging around Keiichi if she's really fulfilled his wishes, and is determined to provide him better "service" - no matter how fast he tries to run!

Peorth is back! But not back to normal... The appearance of her adorable child form ends up receiving sensitive guffaws and considerate mocking from certain of the less mature goddesses in the household. The sawn-off Fourth Goddess is not amused - especially when she realizes Velsper, the demon who put her into this short situation, is now himself a tiny black kitten who can't change Peorth back - no matter how much she shakes and throttles him!

Peorth is called back to Heaven - which is probably just as well, considering the mischief she caused in getting Keiichi to express his true feelings to Bell-chan. But the gate to return her isn't opening - because it turns out that such gates aren't things, they're beings that seek information... and this one, in the form of a cute girl, is on strike - until she gathers certain earthly knowledge involving love and kisses!

Reach the beach! With both Peorth and Gate (finally) sent home, Chihiro ends up leading the rest along on a tradition that dates back to the Motor Club - namely, a training retreat that's a thinly disguised excuse for a vacation. And even though Keiichi can barely swim, he's starting to hear the siren song of the sea... The problem is, it's a real song, sung by a real siren!

Colors kicks off with a wacky intro to the Oh My Goddess! saga, in the form of an eight-page "fan" manga by Neon Genesis Evangelion Angel designer Yoshitou Asari! Then, four classic Oh My Goddess! stories, each focusing on a different goddess and colorized under Kosuke Fujishima's supervision. Finally, an "Encyclopedia" section cross-references the people, places, and things of the first thirty volumes of Oh My Goddess.
