Full Metal Panic! The Second Raid DVD 2 (Hyb)
Bill Glassbrook - Jan 7 2007 Rating: Pretty good! Back to Business ARRRGHHHHH!!! Only three episodes on the disc and ends on enough of a cliffhanger to make me wish it was March already. While it is hard to say which is worse, they are definitely two more reasons why I am half-glad there usually isn't enough time to watch a series until after it has all come out. *sigh* But back to the review at hand, these three episodes /felt/ much more like FMP (while #5 could easily pass for FUMOFFU) than the first four, and thus was a welcome "change". There are still as many extras as volume one, including a somewhat disturbing look into the creator's personal life in Scouting 3. What makes the low episode count all the more frustrating is all the references to #7-10 in the scouting (nothing really spoilerish) without getting a chance to actually see them. Therefore, in the end, it is good to have more Full Metal Panic back (and without the FMA goof on the package labeling,) if only it were back-to-back-to-back. |
