 Even Dragon Hunters need time for reflection! But when a bizarre chameleon dragon attacks, there's little chance for the depressed Gwizdo to ponder his future, even with Lian-Chu and Hector picking up the slack and the contract negotiations.
Later, the normally dependable Lian-Chu disappears, and it's Gwizdo who figures out where to find him, facing a childhood terror coming back to haunt him on a tragic anniversary. And after everyone at the tavern is turned to stone by a rare dragon, it's Lian-Chu who realizes that sometimes to win, all you need to do is make the enemy look at itself...
