A dead girl's body has been found. That's not out of the ordinary for Rion and Suou, but the circumstances as to how she died are a mystery. She appears to have fallen from a very high place, but there are no trees or buildings surrounding her. Rumors start to spread that a witch was actually behind the death of the girl, Seiko. According to Rion's friend Shiho, Seiko was murdered because she angered the witch and was cursed.

Tetsuro Tanba is the hardboiled mercenary swordsman caught in the middle between the sex slave business, the corrupt Shogunate and rival gangs. When he goes into action, blood sprays, and heads and limbs fly.

The cold dead of night is a dangerous time to be near the Shinyo Academy. Girls have begun to mysteriously disappear without a trace, and the school is alive with rumors. The Box: A withering craftsman caters to the requests of iron ore. He breathes life into them as he listens to their wishes. His most prominent creation, a traveling box, wanders the landscape, following railroad tracks, collecting the memories of people. FE: Near the remains of an iron factory, an old painter faces the challenges of creation, as his longtime muse has not appeared in some time. A young girl lends her curiosity to discover what it is that holds the old painter back.
