It's time once again for art school, full of the spirit, love, and laughter of youth! Kisaragi and the GA girls return to class, shifting their focus to the history of Western fashion and textiles. But as with every serious art lesson in this department, crazy antics (not to mention a game of dress-up and a food fight) are never far off! And when the GA welcomes a new face - a transfer student from France - will the department's regulars scare off the new girl and make her hightail it back to her homeland?!

Mysterious happenings at the summer festival, fateful encounters while taking shelter from the rain - and a new face in the crowd (?!) all make for great subject matter! Namiko-san is pretty much the big sis of the GA crew, but who knew she had a big sister of her own? Will big sis be able to hold her own against Noda and Tomokane!

After cracking down on troubled teens in his own school, Eikichi (aka GTO) goes home to the peaceful shores of Shonan to relax and escape the stresses of modern-day Tokyo. However, much like communities across the globe, even his hometown has not escaped the declining state of child services. In typical form, GTO decides to personally provide hard-knocks education to his old neighborhood with hopes of putting a group of troubled teens back on the track towards happiness.

Unfortunately for the GTO, he has run into a buzzsaw in the form of Miki Katsuragi. Miki is determined to rid her home, the White Swan, of nosy, know-nothing adults, and has the financial and political capital to not only have the teacher reconsider his lesson plan but probably send off the straight and narrow entirely.

Onizuka just doesn't know when to quit when his kids' lives are on the line. After rescuing one from the clutches of the underworld, he gets a chance to mend bridges with an old acquaintance. An old partner of his from his high school days is apparently working at the White Swan, also trying to change the lives of children one heart at a time. Unfortunately, her heart might still need some mending from a difficult break up that occurred a few years back along the shores of sunny Shonan.

That doesn't excuse anyone involved from wishing for such a life, but changing the hearts of adults often means changing their lives at their core. Words or fisticuffs will not be enough.

The White Swan appears to be heading in the right direction, but there is an outside source influencing the home in a negative way. This is a group of youths intent on waging war with adults. They feel that the adult world is what is wrong with their lives and they refuse to play by their rules.

Two of his old students have located him and they have settled in amongst his children's home hideout.
